The article analyzes the problems with the participation of the prosecution authoritiesin ensuring the implementation of constitutional(statutory) courts‘ decisions. Attention is paid to the issues of interaction between the prosecutor’s office and the judicial authorities. Statistical data on the activities of the prosecutor’s office and the judicial authorities of the Russian Federation in the Chelyabinsk regionfor 2019-2020 are analyzed.
