The article is devoted to the characteristics of the control subjects of operating real estate industrial enterprises. The groups of companies for objects of property are given. The examples of typical problems faced by each industrial enterprise group in the management of real estate are shown. Stages of operational program for managing operating real estate of industry enterprises to optimize their property portfolio are demonstrated.
