Problems of establishing the сharacteristics of the subjective element of the crime provided by article 174 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

In this paper, the author considers a problem of proving the subjective elements of the crime under Art. 174 of the Criminal Code. Particular attention is paid to the difficulties of establishing the intellectual component of direct intent, which is the determining factor in deciding whether the person who has legalized property obtained by other persons in a criminal way is guilty or not guilty.
