The problems of implementation of the federal state educational standard for children with disabilities: the first results of monitoring

This article is based on the results of the monitoring of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) for children with disabilities in educational institutions implementing adapted basic educational programs for children. The research was conducted in 2015 and involved three groups of respondents: primary school teachers, heads of educational institutions, and specialists of regional authorities operating in the field of education. The monitoring was conducted in more than 22 regions of the Russian Federation.
