Introduction of artificial intelligence in criminal legal proceedings

The article deals with the problems of introducing artificial intelligence into criminal proceedings. The author analyzes the norms of Russian legislation in the problem under consideration. Opinions of various scientists are given and analyzed. Ways of solving emerging problems are proposed. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion about the effectiveness of the use of artificial intelligence in the criminal process, but the impossibility of implementation at the moment.
