Introduction. The article reveals the specific problems of the image and perception of an anti-corruption poster, the level of its influencing people and how this affects the formation of intolerance to corruption. Materials, Results and Discussion. The analysis of over a thousand posters enabled the authors to establish that views of corruption are contradictory and mythologized. In order to minimize mythological representations, special attention is paid to the importance and relevance of anti-corruption education, which, based on the analysis of the powers of state bodies, should be carried out under the direction of the prosecutor's office. It is proved that the correlation of posters with advertising reduces their effectiveness, and images associated with corruption cause irritability and anxiety in people. It is established that excessive emphasis of people's attention on combating corruption generates its displacement from the agenda of society. The positive aspects of mythologization of corruption, through which natural adaptation to environmental conditions occurs, are revealed. Conclusions. The paper substantiates the expediency of competitions held for preparing social anti-corruption advertisements, which includes posters and video on an appropriate theme, outlines the conditions for holding such events, determines the types of effective posters and requirements to make them, and contains proposals for improving the anti-corruption policy. It is emphasized that the negative emotional impact on a person of both anti-corruption posters and, by analogy, other forms of its visual and sound expression, in combination with the mass information anti-corruption agenda, can influence the formation of a negative emotional environment, which can become the basis for all kinds of criminal manipulations directed against the state system, which requires a profound and comprehensive analysis of this process from the point of view of ensuring state security.
