Problems of students’ perception of bullying and cyberbullying in the educational environment

The issue of the perception of bullying and cyberbullying in the educational environment by teachers is considered. Based on the data of a sociological survey, the contradictions associated with the perception of bullying are revealed. The specificity of the perception of bullying by students is shown, it is noted that they understand this phenomenon incorrectly. This allows us to say that it is necessary to improve the practice of working with students in schools to form elementary knowledge about the essence of bullying and cyberbullying, their manifestations and methods of countering them. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop mediation practices and support portals for students who have been negatively affected by other participants in the educational process.
