Problems of the origin of discrimination in the field of labor in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of discrimination in the world of work in the Russian Federation. The definition of discrimination is given, its types and features are indicated. The main causes of its occurrence, existence and development are considered. Some solutions to existing problems are also suggested.
