Problems of identifying and arrangement of competition of legal views of courts at various levels

The issues of identifying and arrangement of competition of legal views of the courts with regard to criminal procedure are analyzed. The authors study the contradictions, which occur as a result of work between the representative government (legislative) bodies and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation concerning the adoption of new regulatory legal regulations, consider the problems, connected with legal views of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and contradictions, occurring in the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the same issues.
