Problems of legislative regulation of compensation for damage in the sphere of public legal relations

The article deals with the problem of legal regulation of compensation by officials and representatives of organizations for damage to the budget caused by a legal entity. Examples are given from the current judicial practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the positions of representatives of science. The author proposes to take measures to improve tax legislation to eliminate contradictions in legal regulation.
