Problems of legislative regulation of the right to alternative civil service in conditions of partial mobilization

The article analyzes the problems of legislative regulation of the right to alternative civilian service in the conditions of partial mobilization. The constitutional right to alternative civilian service was regulated in the law in the 1990s, but the peculiarities of legal regulation in the period of mobilization were not established. After the announcement of partial mobilization such norm appeared, but it has significant shortcomings, as it concerns only those who undergo alternative civilian service at the time of the announced mobilization.
