Problems of the legislative structure of the corpus delicti provided for in article 314.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation through the prism of the object of the crime

The article critically analyzes the object of the crime under Article 314.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation at various levels. The author substantiates the conclusion that the current legislative structure of the corpus delicti provided for in part 2 of art. 314.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as a multi-object crime, contradicts the hierarchy of objects laid down in the Special Part of the Criminal Law, and also does not meet the traditional parameters of crimes with administrative prejudice established in criminal law and legislation, in connection with which the modern legal regulation of Article 314.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation needs improvement, and offers a possible solution problems.
