Problems of protection and regulation of human rights during international military conflicts

This article examines the main problems of protecting human rights during military conflicts. The issue is also considered regarding the fundamental rights of people located on the territory of warring states, as well as ways of maximizing protection in emerging conditions. The author of the article analyzes the activities of international organizations to ensure and preserve the rights of citizens. The article examines the activities of the European Court of Human Rights in solving the problem of guaranteeing peaceful people their rights and freedoms during a military conflict. Examples of the functioning of these organizations in modern international conflicts are also given.
