Problems of protection of personal non-property rights of corporations in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia

The article reveals the personal non-property rights of corporations, determines their place in the development of corporate law at the present stage. Personal non-property rights, which most often require protection, are analyzed. It is indicated that the legislation aims to improve the mechanism of protection of personal non-property rights of the Corporation. Problems of protection of personal non-property rights of corporations in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia on the basis of legislation are revealed.
