Problems of protecting the rights of business entities and ways to solve them

The implementation of control and supervisory activities by state bodies in relation to business entities is often associated with certain problems caused by imperfection of the current legislation, which leads to violation of the rights of business entities. This article attempts to identify and identify gaps in the current control and supervisory legislation and the practice of its application in relation to business entities, which leads to a violation of their rights. The article analyzes these problems of law enforcement activity based on the materials of judicial practice and analysis conducted by other authors.
