The topicality of a teacher's health saving issue in a comprehensive school is substantiated. Approaches to defining basic notions are evaluated. Contradictions in personal readiness development for health saving on the basis of conducted research are revealed. Theoretical substantiation of teacher's health saving system is given. Its structural components and functions are elaborated.
