Procedural limits of digitalization of the legislative process

This article is dedicated to the understanding of procedural limits of law-making process digitalization. These limits are determined by the necessity to keep constitutional and legal nature of such process and substantial changes of stages of law-making process caused by the implementation of different digital technologies. It is concluded that there are three types of such limits: one of them rejects the possibility of change, second implicates the transformation of some stages and the last one deals with the institutionalization of new stages in law-making process.
