The article is devoted to the problem of decision making. The characteristics of the BANI-world are analyzed. Scientific approaches to the decision-making process are systematized. The role of psychological factors influencing the decision-making process is considered. The problematic field of the concept of 'uncertainty' is indicated. The attention is focused on the principle of 'bounded rationality'. Decision-making models are presented. A detailed description of each model is given.
