The process of supporting students in the implementation of an individual educational project

This article outlines the key aspects of the process of supporting students in completing individual educational projects within the framework of core lessons. The article presents organizational solutions for psychological and pedagogical support of gifted students in the process of preparing projects that are integrated with educational resources to achieve interdependent work with the creation of an educational environment for the formation and development of the students' personality. The interim conclusions are indicated as a positive educational result of the joint teamwork of the teacher-tutor, class teacher, psychologist and the administration of the educational organization.
