Processual dialogue in the context of speech characteristics of political-administrative network of media discourse

The author of the article refers to the dialogue as one of the key discourse characteristics and examines its new features in the aspect of the political-administrative media discourse formation in the Internet. Following the leading scholars in the field the author defines the dialogical nature of the new type of the discourse and singles out a qualitatively new unique feature of the political-administrative media discourse, that of its possessing processual dialogue.
