Procedural and legal algorithm for challenging the heirs' shares of the division of inheritance in inheritance by law

The article sets out a set of legal norms of substantive and procedural law of domestic legislation, constituting a procedural and legal algorithm for the heirs challenging the shares of the division of inheritance when inheriting by law. Along with the consideration of the theoretical aspects of the stated problem, a version of the structure and content of the procedural document is proposed for the appeal of a person who believes that his right has been violated to the court for the protection of the disputed right.
