Procedural and legal aspects of the legal force of a court decision

On the basis of a brief analysis of legislative and theoretical-legal provisions, as well as the law enforcement practice of judicial bodies, the publication considers the procedural and legal aspects of such an established and generally accepted procedural definition as the legal force of the decision of the court of first instance. Proposals for the legal consolidation of this legal definition in the current version of the civil and arbitration procedural legislation are substantiated.
