Procedural aspects of forensic examination

The article considers resources of the forensic examination as the most appropriate form of using special knowledge in the criminal proceedings. The author emphasizes that application of the wide range of science-based means of cognition in pre-trial proceedings and judicial examination of a case can significantly expand the cognitive potential of a court and preliminary investigation bodies.
