Procedural and forensic aspects of the examination of the scene in cases of commercial fraud

The article discusses the procedural and forensic aspects of the inspection of the scene, the case of commercial fraud. In the course of the work, the tactics of identifying and investigating commercial crimes are described. It also considers the procedure for detecting and recording traces found at the crime scene in the protocol. All stages are considered using a specific example from the case.
