This article discusses the issues and problems of the tactics of conducting investigative actions in a situation of conflict between the person performing investigative actions and the person who is the information carrier. In the context of a conflict, a person seeks to provide a minimum of information, or false information. The tactics of an investigator to obtain information of interest from a person is a set of scientifically based techniques. The combination of techniques forms a tactical operation. The success of obtaining information froma person who does not want to communicate information depends on a logical, consistent, consistent sequence of techniques. Only then in the mind of the interrogated person is formed the necessary idea of the investigator about the circumstances of the investigation, the depth of the SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT investigator’s knowledge of all the factual data. The result is uncertainty. Uncertainty leads to the idea of the futility ofa conflict situation with the investigator. Amotive is formed to inform the investigator of the information of interest. The positions of specialists on the differentiation of the forms of influence on the consciousness of the interviewee (psychological, mental, physical) are radically different, often absolutely incompatible. This situation is the subject of research, including in the framework of the presented article.
