Procedural requirements for the court decision: status, problems, prospects

The article attempts to briefly analyze the content of such procedural requirements for a court decision as legality and reasonableness. Along with this, the necessity of legalization in the procedural legislation of such newly introduced procedural requirements as motivation and fairness, which, coupled with legalized requirements, will contribute to the achievement of procedural goals of justice in civil cases, has been studied.
