Procedural institute of conciliation procedures in the resolution of civil disputes

The article presents the justification, essence and content of such a procedural novelty in the resolution of disputes of a property nature as conciliation procedures. On the basis of a brief analysis of one of the types of conciliation procedures - mediation, including statistics of its law enforcement, certain procedural advantages in resolving civil law conflicts in the application of this type of conciliation procedures are substantiated.
