Based on the analysis of statistical data of law enforcement practice of judicial decisions in civil cases issued by judicial bodies, the article justifies the relevance, as well as the content and procedure for implementing the legal procedural mechanism for correcting misprints and obvious arithmetic errors in court decisions on considered and resolved civil law disputes involving individuals and legal entities.
