Procedural order of evidence examining in the course of court proceedings in the Russian criminal trial (some problems of improvement in preparation of prospective judges)

The author proves the necessity for introducing a new special discipline in the system of preparation of prospective judges: "Procedural order of evidence examining in the course of court proceedings in the Russian criminal trial". This step enables to deepen awareness of prospective judges in methods of finding circumstances of committed crime at the stage of court proceedings.
