There is an annual increase of the gross grain harvest; only in 2017 it amounted to 140 million tons. In connection with the mass harvesting, grain-producing farms face the urgent task ofpost-harvest treatment of crops. Grain is the main strategic product, and its excess in the state is inadmissible. Grain farming has a special place in the agro industrial complex: it may have a significant influence on a number of agricultural sectors and meet the population's requirements for the main foodstuffs. Grain is known to be the raw material for some food, feed, chemical and textile industries as well as a source of feedfor livestock and poultry. Therefore, considerable attention is paid to the technology and technical means for post-harvest processing of damp grain. If the processes of grain drying are more studied and there is for this purpose adapted technological equipment in the form of units and complexes, the issues of active ventilation require further research and implementation in agriculture. Nowadays various installations for aeration are known, including pneumatic conveyers. The latter are characterized by high energy costs. This article proposes a three-channel pneumatic conveyer with new technical details, the design of which is applied for a patent. The article deals with the processes of heat and mass transfer of the damp grain mass in the pneumatic conveyer.
