Import substitution processes of agricultural machinery and components

The article provides an overview of expert assessments regarding the possibilities of import substitution of agricultural machinery and components under sanctions. The main measures taken by both agricultural producers and other stakeholders to ensure fast delivery or production of necessary components and spare parts are considered. The role of online aggregators, marketplaces and import substitution services in solving issues of product search and supply is defined. It was noted that in the long term it is necessary to increase local production of competitive equipment, and on the basis of innovative and digital technologies to ensure import savings in foreign markets. At the same time, the emphasis is on the need for state support both in the production of agricultural machinery and in its acquisition in various directions.
