The productivity and the quality of broiler-chicken meat of the Smena-4 cross were estimated after use of «Ecozym» enzymatic preparation as addition to basal ration with 40 % barley content. The optimal dose of preparation was determined. It was shown, that during broiler feeding by mixed fodder with increased barley content expediently to use «Ecozym» enzymatic preparation in dose of 700 g per ton of fodder.
