Promotion of Russian master's degree programs in the world educational market under current conditions

The article examines the main trends in the development of international Master's degree programs in the context of current economic and political factors. The empirical material includes statistics on the sales of educational services in the global market, as well as the rating of the most attractive countries for education. Attention is drawn to the interest of the executive branch in the promotion of domestic educational potential at the international level through the introduction of a set of modern information technologies of a wide range in the system of higher education. The author highlights the requirement to increase the number of Master's degree programs in English and to focus on training foreign students from Russia-friendly countries; offers a number of principles and conditions for the effective promotion of Russian educational services. The content of the “3U” principle is also revealed as one of the approaches that contribute to the attractiveness of the Master's degree program in the world.
