This article considers the introduction to the scientific discourse of a new concept that has a categorical meaning for the understanding of the creative (live) path of the artist of the word. The concept of “SLP projection field” was created within the framework of the author's metadisciplinary theoretical complex “cognitive humanitarian semiotics” (SТ (synthetic text) - SLP (synthetic lingual personality) - CPP (cognitive-pragmatic program)). SLP of the artist of the word that built around his CPP is the leading strategy of the author-creator, actually the “basic law” of his path. ST created by SLP can be considered in two ways: in a narrow (already entered scientific circulation) terms and in a broad terms, as the entire space of the artist's life and creativity where the transformational effect of his CPP is noticeable, but where ST is not clearly manifested or causes difficulties in defining it. This is the “projection field of SLP”. Thus, the universality of Lermontov's reaction to the world as a person's cornerstone property leads to variation in life and in the work of the same collision. All the time, the leading personality-psychological aesthetically designed code is produced, for which the border of verbal and non-verbal zones is not absolute. This code has a cognitive nature. It is polygenetic and polymorphic and designed in the field of literary creativity, but it is implemented everywhere. We cannot consider the whole “Lermontov's world” a clearly defined ST, but it is clearly seen that the projection field of his SLP, i.e. the “matrix” encoding of this world coming from the center through the romantic-demonic subject. The projection orientation of Pushkin's SLP is completely different: the literature that in close contact with life becomes a lab of life options, and ST is so large-scale and “life-like” that it is not covered from the outside by a single analytical view. The “projection field” of Pushkin's SLP acts as a grandiose “mimesis” of the “miraculous architector”, who, together with the “literary state” under construction, is trying to project his own destiny in various ways - in lyrics, dramaturgy, prose, correspondence, drafts. This is both “poetry of reality” and a multivariate life-creating experiment. Thus, the concept under study shows the internal systemic unity of the heterogeneous and heteromorphic space of the life of the artist of the word, on which his dominant CPP is realized.
