Project big Ekaterinburg in the context of the Russian law on the local government

According to expert opinion in the sphere of local government there appeared a new tendency linked with the beginning of a campaign drive of municipal units integration. It is admitted, too, that it is to involve in the first place countryside as the most vulnerable part in the system of territories with the local government, generally dependent financially and functionally inconsistent.
