Project of methodical work management improvement at higher school based on process approach

The introduction of the third generation higher educational standards based on competency approach and meeting the requirements of modern market aims at achieving a new quality of the educational process in the form of the results, one of which is the formation of the professional competence of the faculty. This process is not possible without a system of methodical work of the university at all levels. In order to higher quality of the educational process the theoretical studies of domestic teachers in using the process approach in higher education have been studied as well as the search of the best practices and a questionnaire survey of teaching staff of the university have been conducted. The result is the project of the Ural State University of Physical Culture common methodological center that was developed using the method of modeling. The present project will be implemented at the University to improve the methodological work of its teaching staff as well as to optimize the activities of the University as a whole.
