Design of bio-product enriched with fitoyod

Iodine deficiency is one of the actual problems in the Russian Federation. The purpose of research is to develop technology for enriched catering school-age children and the prevention of iodine deficiency disorders. In carrying out the experimental part of the study we used a set of generally accepted, standard and modified methods, including physical-chemical, microbiological, biochemical, rheological, and mathematical-statistical processing of empirical methods of research and construction of mathematics models. The composition of milk and plant-based bio-product on the optimal balance of essential nutritional factors, including milk with 2.5% fat, dry lactoserum (2%), oat flour (5%) was determined. The choice of the iodine-containing additive "Phytoyod" and its quantitative content (1 g of additive "Phytoyod" for 1,000 kg of milk plant-based bio-product), the technique of optimizing the composition of milk plant-based on the criterion of maximum (minimum) mineral content by computer-aided design is proved. The scientific novelty of the technological solutions is protected by patent for the invention № 252649, the applicant and the patentee is Federal State institution of higher education Omsk Agrarian University named after PA Stolypin. - № 2013112559; appl. 03/20/2013; publ. 08/20/2014. There is developed production technology and regulatory documents for the bioproduct enriched with phytoyod. (STO 49527279-001-2013). Enriched bioproduct can be included in the diets of school-age children and various groups of the population for the prevention of iodine deficiency.
