The article discloses the principles of designing screen educational milieux, points out the criteria of the assessment of their developing capabilities. The author describes the experience of scientific experimental laboratory of new informational technologies of the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Russia in designing screen milieux by teachers and cadets and educational results obtained.
