Designing Psychologically Safe Educational Environment in the Context of a Coach’s Professional Activity

The article focuses on creating a safe educational environment and developing psychological safety in the student group. In modern conditions of modernization and digitalization of the education system in Russia, this issue is particularly relevant. The authors consider the peculiarities of the formation of psychological safety in sports teams. Based on the analysis of the literature, a diagnostic program has been developed aimed at studying the level of preparedness of future sports coaches for the formation of psychologically safe educational environment.
