Designing of the "Theoretical computer science" course in the training of bachelors of computer science

The article deals with the development of the content of the program for Bachelors of Computer Science with application of the scaled model of mastering the basic mathematical concepts when studying their major subjects, the transformed system of interconnected matrices, the matrix determining the "weight" of competences and the "weight" of elements of content lines of the theoretical computer science, as well as the method of topological sorting.
