Designing the content of additional professional education programs for specialists in the field of radio engineering and electronics

The main problems of developing and implementing additional professional education (AVE) programs for specialists in the field of radio engineering on the basis of a competency-based approach are considered. Based on the results of the analysis, approaches were developed in the organization of educational activities under the programs of further vocational education, which made it possible to improve the results of the department in a number of indicators for monitoring the effectiveness of activities.
