Projecting as pedagogical phenomenon

The problem of dening the content of ‘projecting' concept is discussed. Special importance of high degree of ability and readiness for projecting for Management Bachelor students is explained. The concepts ‘project' and ‘projecting' are analyzed in managerial and pedagogical aspects on the basis of trans-discipline synthesis, universal characteristics of the project and projecting in all areas of social life with respect to the content, structure and function as well as project development and realization in higher education. Denitions of the above concepts are proposed.
