The article discusses issues related to the development of a post-non-classical methodology of social management based on the concept of a synergetic approach. The proposed methodology is based on the “evolutionary-constructive” model of knowledge development by V.S. Stepin. The methodology includes several concepts combined into a single system of knowledge and technologies, the key of which are the concepts of management design (SMCo framework) and team activity (TF teams). In this regard, it seems advisable to develop the existing classical and non-classical concepts of management design based on taking into account various levels of disequilibrium of the environment. The development of the TF team in the project is no less (if not more) important than the meaningful result of the project itself. This principle characterizes the transition from the classical targeted planning of the project result to the attributive design of the main element of the project (project team): an effective team, other things being equal, is the key to the effectiveness of the project. It is proposed to develop one of the most constructive paradigms of socio-psychological work with emerging problematic situations - directive psychology, which is actively used in the work of TF teams.
