Design positions of innovative pedagogical management as the basis for competitive personality formation

The article proves and semantically shows innovative pedagogical management as generalized and systematized basis for the process of competitive personality formation. The distinction in kind (the basis parameters) of innovative and non-innovative pedagogical management is shown. Innovative pedagogical management is outlined within the set of design positions, revealing the education process management structure and the system requirements to pedagogic set of tools as well.
