The transition to a new educational paradigm where the value of the teacher's self-development is combined with the value of the student's development and self-development needs revising contents and forms of teacher's education within the system of post-graduate education. There is a necessity to form a new model of the system of professional skills development on the basis of anthropological paradigm, the theory of developing education and continuous education, focused on the establishment of the subject of self-activity in professional genesis. The article reveals a version of this problem solution through project team activity development. The project team is a self-educating organization functioning in different types of schools where regulations of professional development and self-development of a student and a teacher are projected.
