The article is devoted to a topical issue - building a new model of management of a professional educational organization. Based on the methodology of creating a project office as a tool to improve management efficiency, the author of the article, as the head of a professional educational organization, summarizes his experience in creating a project office, revealing the structure, stage and results of its formation. The director of the Magnitogorsk Pedagogical College describes 16 components of the project portfolio. On specific examples of the implementation of the most significant projects for an educational organization, the author highlights indicative indicators of their effectiveness. The article concludes that the model of the project office created in the college and the resulting project products save time and bring the educational organization to a new level of quality of management and organization of the educational process.
