Professionalism of the deputies as a factor of legislation effectiveness of the Russian Federation subjects (educational aspect)

The given rubric gives the materials of the round-table discussion that was conducted by the journal editors in the framework of the events devoted to the 75th anniversary of Mordovia State University. Integrational processes in education have become a key problem of this event. The principal participants of the round table are young scholars - representatives of institutions of higher education and scientific establishments of the Mordovia Republic: Mordovia N.P. Ogarev State University, Mordovia Pedagogic State Institute named after M.E. Yevsevyev, Saransk Cooperative Institute, Research Institute of Humanities under the patronage of the Government of the Mordovia Republic. Scholars from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Penza, Kirov, Barnaul, Yelets and Yerevan also participated in the discussion.
