The article reveals the content of professional adaptation of young specialists of preschool institution as special subject which has arisen from new time of management in organization development. The main treatments of professional adaptation and conditions of successful adaptedness of graduates of pedagogical higher education institutions are considered; it is noted which purpose is search of forms and methods of work on elimination, the prevention and mitigation of negative consequences of disadaptation. The most important task of heads of preschool institutions locates in the Russian Federation – activization of professional activity and energy of beginning teachers.
