Professional adaptation of graduates of higher educational institutions of MVD as a factor of socialization of a worker

The article dwells on the issues of professional socialization of young workers and their professionally relevant qualities providing the efficiency of service and operative activity at the stage of adaptation. The authors give the data of general and special training of the workers and point out the reasons of dismissal of young specialists from the organs of Internal Affairs.
