Professional deformation of an ATS employee and ways of its minimization: on the example of the police of the Republic of Kyrgystan

The article presents an analysis of certain aspects associated with overcoming the impact on the personality of a police officer of the destructive influence of factors that contribute to the deformation of the personality. The authors present their own interpretation of the understanding of the phenomenon of professional deformation of the personality and its correlation with the phenomenon of emotional burnout.
